Established in the early 1980s, Palmer & Associates, Inc. is unique in that we're a local firm with a long history in full service human resources consulting. We offer a wide range of services tailored to the specific needs of both individuals and employers.

Our history and good standing with local employers places us in a unique position to be especially helpful to individuals who are actively seeking employment or who are simply exploring various career options and opportunities. Palmer & Associates offers a wide range of career services tailored to the specific needs of each individual. These services include placement (employment) services as well as career counseling.

In addition to offering career services to job seekers, we assist employers with compensation program development, wage surveys, recruitment and executive search, outplacement counseling, and supervisory training. Our clients include not-for-profit organizations, and public and private sector employers in Vermont, northern New England and upstate New York.
