The MBTI is used to understand yourself better, why other people "behave" as they do, and the relationship between work and personality style. Palmer & Associates uses the MBTI to assist you in knowing how "your type" works in sync or out of sync with a specific job.

Palmer & Associates will administer the profile, score it, and pull together relevant information about your type and do a one-hour counseling session. Group sessions may also be arranged.
